A world leading resource management company were recently subject to a criminal attack. Luckily, they chose PSM for their remote monitoring requirements earlier this year.
When reviewing an alarm activation this weekend, during the early hours one morning, an intruder was observed by our experienced Operator Keith. Audio warnings were issued to prevent criminal activity. Keith also notified the police and their security company of the criminal intrusion.
Our services do not stop here. Following all criminal incidents, we work closely with the police, client and installer to provide advice, support and information; and remain on high alert for the criminals returning.
