Any person working more than 9, 10 or 11 hours are very unlikely to be as sharp or proficient than at the beginning of their shift. So why would we tire our Operators or risk our customer’s premises by doing this? The simple answer is we wouldn’t.
A happy workforce is absolute key when it comes to ensuring our service delivery remains exceptional. This is why our Operators will only work for 7, 8 or 9 hours; and never more than 4 shifts in a row.
A happy workforce is a vital cog in the wheel of excellent service delivery so we also ensure our operators have a full week off in every 4 week rota to spend quality time with family, catch up with hobbies, recuperate and return to us refreshed and ready to fight crime.
