PSM are extremely proud to welcome Joe Starkie on board as full time Control Room Operator. Joe has just completed our intensive 12 week training program under the watchful eye of Keith Waterworth, one of our most senior team members with 25 years experience.
We are delighted Joe passed with flying colours and has deterred many criminal incidents from taking place in the time he has been here. We have a stringent recruitment process to ensure all employees are quality with strong customer service values, with a true passion for servicing clients – someone who understands that delivering customer service is not just about doing a job – it’s about going the extra mile and exceeding expectations. Joe is definitely a great fit for us.
Training does not stop here for Joe. We are devoted to training, development and nurturing the passions of our team. We constantly work together to bring out the best in each other and improve our individual and collective skills.
Welcome on board Joe. We are lucky to have you!
