In the early hours of Saturday morning, Keith immediately responded to an alarm from a waste management site in North East and swiftly observed intruders causing criminal damage.
Although our goal is to prevent crime before it happens, some criminals are more determined. These intruders ignored 3 consecutive audio warnings, therefore Keith notified the police and a keyholder of the incident; taking place in real time. We co-operated with the police, keeping them informed every step of the way of the intruder’s location and behaviour.
We are delighted to report that the individuals regret ignoring our warnings as the police attended and arrests were made.
Without the intervention of PSM, the intruders could have caused our client significant costs in damages and loss of service to their customers.
