When 2 masked men with power tools broke through the fence and approached the building, it was clear the intruders were determined as they ignored the recorded audio warnings. They got the fright of their life when senior Operator, Keith blasted them with live audio warnings describing their clothing and specific actions. Needless to say they fled when they realised the audio was NOT a recorded message and they were being watched in real time by crime fighting experts.
Would-be robbers take note. If a site is remotely monitored by PSM, you are not going to succeed!
