When I interviewed Kelsey for the position of Customer Service Assistant, it was hard to ignore her passion and energy and I knew she was the right candidate to help PSM with our mission to provide the best customer experience.
Customer service is not just doing a job; it is about going the extra mile and exceeding expectations. You cannot teach or learn the very heart of customer service. It is a passion from within, and driven by personality. Kelsey is definitely a great fit for us.

About Kelsey. Kelsey lives in Wigan with her partner Joe. The youngest of 10 siblings, Kelsey spends a lot of time with her family and likes socialising with friends.
Kelsey enjoys family time, nice restaurants and cosy nights in with a film and take away.
