Over the last 7 days, we have experienced a noticeable spike in the number of criminals trying to break into our client’s premises, plus other incidents of offenders attempting to steal materials / valuables and causing mindless vandalism. Of course, we are always one step ahead and through the use of audio warning speakers, we stop intruders in their tracks by sending clear and direct loud speaker messages to warn them they are being monitored and tell them that the police are on their way.
The general consensus in the security industry indicates that the spike will continue before it fades away (as the dark cold nights set in). With this in mind, please allocate some time to give your CCTV a once over by walk testing detectors, ensuring audio warnings are working; and clearing the lens of bugs and spiders. Also trimming foliage away from the sensor range and camera views contributes to improved the security.
