Recently, a new installer and their Waste Management client trialled our service as they were unhappy with their previous security arrangements.
On the very first night when monitoring commenced, within 50 minutes of them ‘arming’ the system, we received an alarm caused by a gang of youths.
Audio warnings were issued immediately and the youths left. However, they multiplied and returned with a vengeance a short time later and tried to cause criminal damage and steal materials.
Stronger audio messages were submitted by our exceptional operators, plus they notified the police and keyholder of the disturbance. Once the police arrived, the youths stopped sending hand gestures to our operators and soon realised we were not bluffing.
Even better news, we have not heard a peep out of the youths since. Word must have spread that the security system works, and the monitoring station are on the ball. Once they know, they rarely return.
First impressions count and we hope we have made a good one with our new installer and client.
