One of the most frequently asked questions from potential new clients is regarding our contract terms. Clients tend to be cautious of entering into a specific contract term, particularly when transferring the service from another provider.
Our solution to this is simple. We offer:
1) A free trial to clients for the opportunity to prove that we really do provide personal, bespoke and proactive remote monitoring services; and that we are a team who really cares.
2) Monthly rolling contracts – with no ties – because if a client is unhappy with our service and wish to leave, I would focus our energy into finding out the reason why. Have we failed the client? How have we failed them? What could we do to improve our service to them? Do other clients feel the same?
