In our news article a few weeks ago, I predicted a spike in criminal activity. After reviewing statistics from the last week at PSM towers, I was not wrong.
Our new client – an industrial cable manufacturer – transferred monitoring to PSM as they were being targeted by thieves looking for high value materials. Other security solutions and services were ineffective, and the client was suffering loss of materials, reputation and damages. After being recommended, I was delighted to hear from them and I promised to restore their faith in the security industry.
The client transferred less than one week ago, and during this time we have interrupted and deterred two criminal incidents – one took place on the first night. Our operators flew into action on both occasions by immediately sending audio warnings to alert the intruders they were being monitored. Audio challenges – as they are 95% of the time – were enough to scare the intruders.
We promised to restore their faith. Hopefully, we have made a good start
