She has a great rapport with our clients and has a deep understanding of each site’s operations including their open and close times and out of hours deliveries. She even knows when the wheelie bins are collected for our residential clients. This awareness means that when Bernadette handles an alarm activation, she is instantly mindful if the activity is unusual for the site; allowing her to respond in a second.

Bernadette lives in Wigan with her husband John.? She loves watching Science Fiction and Marvel films. A keen bookworm with a preference for thrillers, she also practices Yoga to recharge.
