Here at PSM our entire operations including alarm receiving software is controlled, created and developed in house. This allows true bespoke and tailored monitoring.
We proactively assist installers and customers to solve security challenges that may otherwise remain unsolved. We adapt our software to suit individual client and installer needs, rather than them having to fit into the limitations of ‘off the shelf’ software.
Having developed our own technology, the possibilities are endless. So far, we have accommodated all special and challenging security requests.
Just a few of the many solutions are:
- Intelligent alarm handling that not only automatically disables troublesome detectors (caused by storms for example) but automatically reinstates detectors when the problem causing the false alarms has cleared. This ensures our sites are always working at optimum efficiency.
- Immediate streaming of live, alarm and recorded images permits a faster response. Traditional monitoring for many CCTV systems involves emailing a snapshot attachment of the CCTV images. Finding a solution to this slower, less robust method of monitoring was one of the reasons we set about creating our own software.
- Immediate camera fails and restores. When our sites send a camera fail, our software presents operators with 5-10 seconds of images prior to the camera fail so they can check for criminal activity, theft of camera and overall sabotage of CCTV system.
It takes years of practice and knowledge building to create true expertise. When the co-founders, managers and senior operators have worked together as a team for nearly two decades, you can expect nothing less than fantastic results.
