Providing CCTV monitoring services to a home and family is not a responsibility we take lightly. Our entire team has undergone and continues to receive very specific training for providing residential security services. Our in-house training course has been developed from years of experience and more recently, after consulting with the police and national crime prevention organisations.
Most of our residential clients – prior to having our system and service installed – have suffered from a criminal attack. Frightening events such as being mugged on their own doorstep, kidnapped and tied up as robbers demanded jewellery. Some have been burgled and their houses torn inside out whilst on holiday.
Beyond contempt.
Recently we received an alarm from a country manor estate in Cheshire where a trespasser jumped over the gate, approached the house, tried door handles and looked through windows. As our monitoring is via an instant live feed, we were immediately alerted of the security breach. Our experienced and highly trained operators soared into action and notified the client and the police.
Very loud audio warnings were sent demanding that the unwanted guest leave immediately; also to warn him that he was being monitored and that the police were on the way.
Our brilliant operators did not take their eye off him for one second, making use of all CCTV cameras to locate and trace his actions. All available features and tools were used to gain as much information as possible including closeup of the intruder’s face, clothing, footwear and distinguishing marks. We were also able to give the police the direction in which the intruder took when he climbed back over the fence and left.
