I honestly do not exaggerate when I say there is never a dull moment at PSM.
This weekend, our client in the North West – a warehouse and distributor of high value goods – was targeted by what appeared to be a large criminal gang. Several masked males arrived in a multiple vehicles and forced entry through the roller shutter doors using tools and vehicles.
Our committed, hard working and diligent operator Dale Fowler blasted the intruders with stern audio warnings within 15 seconds of the alarm being triggered; alerting them that they were being monitored and that the police were on the way.
Our senior operator Keith Waterworth worked with Dale, as the brilliant team they are; to notify the police and keyholders. They tracked and monitored the intruders to gather as much information as possible such as vehicle registration numbers, clothing and footwear of the criminals plus the direction of their getaway to pass onto the police.
This client, prior to installing our remote monitoring system, was a high target to criminals because of the nature of their business and warehouse full of stock. Without our remote monitoring services, the intruders would have remained unnoticed and unchallenged; potentially spending hours at the premises and causing hundreds and thousands of pounds worth of damage to the business.
Andy and I made a promise when we co-founded PSM to never sacrifice service for profits. We keep a strict eye on our working capacities to ensure that our service delivery can be lightning fast and efficient.
Well done again team. Great job. What is PSM without you?
