We continue to achieve a 100% success rate in identifying and responding to criminal attacks. This week at the PSM Control Room, two young men were seen approaching the perimeter of a remotely monitored domestic property, hiding their faces and climbing over the main gate, to which our operators reacted with our hallmark instant response.
The trespassers had begun making their way towards the house, but they were easily discouraged by our audio warnings, leaving as quickly as they came. Although foiling the efforts of criminals is gratifying in itself, it is made all the more rewarding by positive feedback from our customers.
Regarding the above-mentioned incident, our client had this to say: “I’m delighted that I have your service. Your response was so fast and your guys are really on the ball.
