Meet Andrew Wainwright; an operator of interminable focus and attention to detail. As well as working on the frontline dealing with various alarms and activations, Andrew is also our Internal Auditor with the responsibility for evaluating our Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 – including processes and procedures.

What one word would you use to describe yourself?
– Meticulous
What is your favourite saying?
– ‘The difference between something good and something great is attention to detail.’
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
– The dedication that the whole team has for observing the quality management system. It is our culture to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service without exceptions. In addition to a great team of individuals dedicated to service, the quality management system is key to helping us achieve this.
As Andrew lives in Wigan, he prefers to walk to work regardless of the season. He watches a lot of sport, has a passion for Marvel films and likes to unwind reading thriller novels.
