A thank you to the security industry superheroes

I would like to take a moment to say a big thank you to my peers in the security industry for their dedication to providing security and safety to individuals and businesses during these difficult and uncertain times.

At a time of unprecedented indefinite business closures, it is evident that security services are nothing less than critical.

For PSM, as we operate a 24-hour control room that delivers security services, our clients and installation partners rely on us now perhaps more than ever before to support them and watch over their business premises whilst they are in lockdown.

It is true when they say that real superheroes do not wear capes, as PSM’s operational front-line staff continue to work night and day in our control room to carry out their critical role; to protect our client’s properties, support law and order and reduce demand on police resources. I cannot put into words how grateful we are for their loyalty and commitment.

We never lose sight that the team on the front line are the backbone of PSM.

To our own team, to our fellow monitoring station associates, installation partners, industry peers, suppliers, clients and of course the country’s key workers (including NHS, teachers, retail workers etc) – thank you for all that you are doing to keep our country safe and well.
