Meet Darren Burgess, one of our senior operators. With over 20 years of experience working in monitoring stations (not only as a frontline operator, but also as technical support and customer service operative), Darren is a heavyweight of the industry, and his proficiency can hardly be overstated. His approach is to leave no loose threads and no stone unturned. He is entirely committed to delivering the exceptional customer service that PSM prides itself on – so much so that our director has to remind him to go home at the end of his day! Going above and beyond the call of duty is all in a day’s work for Darren.

Darren lives with his partner, Angela. He’s in the habit of nipping to his local take-away and socialising at weekends. When he’s at home, he likes watching Star Trek and playing FIFA.
