Meet Paula Norris, Senior Administrator at PSM and Personal Assistant to our very own Kerry Jones, CEO. Paula approaches her role with a sunny disposition and unfaltering scrupulousness. We asked Paula:
What one word would you use to describe yourself?
“Thorough.”
What is your favourite saying?
“You can control two things: your work ethic and your attitude.”
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
That our company values align so seamlessly with those of our team. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more honest, upright and hard-working group of people.
Paula lives in Wigan and is currently spending time renovating her home. When she downs tools, she picks up a book with Lee Child’s Jack Reacher being her favourite character. She is a fair weather walker and has been challenging herself to improve her fitness levels by going swimming.
