Meet Kelsey Turton
Allow us to introduce Kelsey Turton, Customer Service Assistant at PSM. You might recognise Kelsey from our promotional materials!
Kelsey has a thirst for knowledge and holds all the values an employer could wish for. Her vivacious and enthusiastic personality shines through her every word and action. That kind of passion for going the extra mile and exceeding expectations is at the heart of what we do, and it cannot be taught; it comes from within and is driven by individual character. There’s no one better suited than Kelsey to help us with our mission to provide peerless customer service. She has worked exceptionally hard in the five years that she’s been with us, and she has a long career ahead of her.

What one word would you use to describe yourself?
‘Committed.’

What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
‘Ensuring clients’ needs are not only fulfilled but exceeded.’
Kelsey lives in Wigan with her partner, Joe, and their son Arthur. The youngest of ten siblings, Kelsey spends a lot of time with her family and likes socialising with friends. She enjoys family get-togethers, nice restaurants, and cosy nights in with a film and a take-away.
