Meet Glyn Morgan
Glyn is a CCTV Control Room Operator who’s been with us for two and a half years. He’s proven himself to be a real team player, and his excellent work ethic shines through by the way he genuinely cares about keeping our clients’ premises safe. Outside of the control room, he loves to read, cook, and spoil his dog – but he’s still yet to bake the perfect loaf.
We asked Glyn:
What one word would you use to describe yourself?
‘Persistent.’
What is your favourite saying?
‘Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.’
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
‘Teamwork and communication. Communication is especially key in the control room between shift members during busy periods, as things are always changing.’
