Meet Joe Starkie
Joe has a passion for problem solving, as well as learning new technical skills surrounding CCTV systems. Having previously worked as one of our control room operators, he’s taken the skills he learnt there and applies them to developing his technical knowledge further.
While he loved his old role, he now takes a more active part in training up our newer team members which is spurring him on to learn even more than he already knows (and it’s already a lot).
When he’s not busy supporting our team and customers, he loves spending time gaming, watching films, and attending concerts and festivals.
We asked Joe:
What one word would you use to describe yourself?
‘Industrious.’
What is your favourite saying?
‘If you set your goals ridiculously high and it’s a failure, you will fail above everyone else’s success.’
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
‘The overall camaraderie at PSM, and ensuring that customer service provided to our clients is our number one priority.’
