Over 50,000 organisations in 66 countries have been assessed in the last three decades, making IIP’s framework the global standard in people management. By earning Investors in People Gold, we’ve showcased our ongoing commitment to making PSM a fantastic place to work.

To evaluate how well we lead and support our team, IIP collected documentary evidence and conducted surveys and interviews with our staff.

They found that we are highly motivated, focused, and demonstrate PSM’s values and ethos in the way we work. In fact, IIP told us we’re ahead of the curve in our approach and ranked above average for all 27 themes in their framework. That’s no small feat.

We’re particularly proud to have been recognised for setting a high bar in operational excellence, customer service, and compliance thanks to continuous quality management – a real focus here at PSM.

PSM’s very own Business Manager, Paula Norris was the driving force who pushed for Gold accreditation, liaising with IIP and gathering evidence to prove we are worthy of Gold.
