PSM’s 2024 Highlight Reel

We started with a bang by passing our NSI audit for the 8th year in a row, with zero non-conformances across the board. Once again, we showed that PSM demonstrates operational excellence – and we couldn’t be prouder of the team who made it happen.

Things only got better when we heard NSI’s remarkable feedback, which highlighted the hard work of everyone from our management team to our control room operators. We constantly strive to raise the bar, and it was an honour to have that recognised by our industry’s highest independent body.

Whether it’s on the racetrack or in the ring, the talent in our local sporting community is undeniable. Earlier this year, GymSafe became the proud sponsor of two promising up-and-comers.

Having already made her mark on the racing world, 19-year-old Ashley Gregory took things up a gear by competing in the MINI UK Championship 2024. We were flying the flag for her all the way and loved seeing her come away with an impressive top 5 finish and a further top 10 result. Well done, Ashley!

Between the ropes, boxing sensation Ethan ‘Frankie’ Langtree laced up his gloves and continued to show us why he’s known as a knockout. At just 13-years-old, he’s a star on the rise, and we’re excited to watch him climb the ranks even further.

June marked PSM’s 8th birthday – and it’s safe to say it was one for the books. We’ve just about finished celebrating and are busy gearing up for what’s still to come. Here’s to the next 8!

PSM has always been a great place to work, and now we have the accreditation to prove it. After achieving IIP Silver certification for the last 3 years, we levelled up to Gold in 2024.

This means a lot to Kerry and the team as it showcases the outstanding workplace culture we pride ourselves on here at PSM.

Thanks to our continuous quality management practices, IIP told us we excelled in operational excellence, customer service, and compliance. In fact, we ranked above average for all 27 themes in their framework. That’s no easy feat, so a huge well done to our wonderful staff.

We also received a glowing commendation from IIP, who recognised how our core values shine through in everything we do, as well as fantastic feedback from confidential interviews with our team members.

To round off the year, we congratulated all our colleagues who earned their SIA licences. With mentorship from our most experienced control room operators and a training program fully funded by PSM, our newest recruits passed the course with flying colours.

We’re all about investing in our team’s future, and offering guidance and support is just one way we set them up for success.

We’ve achieved a lot in 2024, and it’s been wonderful to take a moment to celebrate our accomplishments – but we’re not slowing down any time soon. We’re looking forward to seeing what 2025 has in store and are excited to continue setting a higher standard in the remote monitoring industry. There are big things on the horizon for PSM, so stay tuned!
