Meet Andrea Gregory
Initially unsure of whether or not to join PSM because she didn’t have a security or monitoring background, Andrea quickly realised what we all saw immediately: she was a perfect fit – not just within the team but in the role itself.
As a Control Room Operator, she truly cares about the people and the properties she’s responsible for. Beyond our four walls, Andrea loves SFX makeup, building animatronics, scare acting at horror attractions, and exploring nature with her energetic spaniel.
We asked her:
How would you describe yourself in one word?
‘Quirky.’
What’s your favourite saying?
‘In a world where you can be anything, always be kind.’
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
‘How much we all care about what we do. It’s not just bog standard watching the alarm activations that come through to our screens; it’s protecting our customers’ property and personal safety like they were our own family.’
