Meet Josh Gee
Before joining PSM, Josh worked in on-site security, where he got to know customers properly through day-to-day conversations and regular interaction. It’s where he built his calm approach, attention to detail, and ability to deal with situations without overcomplicating things.
Since joining PSM, Josh has become a well-liked part of the monitoring team. He’s focused, reliable, and always paying attention to the details that matter. He brings a calm presence to the control room – along with a dry sense of humour and a slightly cheeky side that tends to show itself at just the right moment.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys working on sound engineering and music production. When he’s not doing that, you’ll usually find him out walking – especially along canals – taking some time to switch off and recharge.
We asked Josh:
How would you describe yourself in one word?
‘Poised.’
What’s your favourite saying?
(a bit cheeky, but this sums Josh up!)
‘It’s all shits and giggles until someone giggles and then shits.’
What in your view is the most important aspect of working at PSM?
‘Having an eye for detail, being approachable, and genuinely caring about what we do.’
