As PSM celebrates its 10th anniversary, we’ve spent time reflecting on the journey so far.
From an empty railway arch to a 24/7 CCTV monitoring station, from our first customers to thousands of alarm activations every week, it’s been an incredible first decade.
But none of it would have been possible without the people behind it.
Since the business was founded in 2016, PSM has always believed that delivering a professional service starts with having the right people.
Technology plays an important role, but it is the people reviewing alarms, supporting customers, assisting installer partners and working behind the scenes who make that technology effective. Every day, the team brings together experience, professionalism and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.
For CEO Kerry Jones, creating that culture has always been just as important as growing the business. Alongside Operations Director Andrew Knox and the wider team, the focus has remained on building an environment where people are supported, encouraged to develop and take pride in the service they provide.
The success of PSM has never been built by the team alone.
Over the last decade, customers have trusted PSM to protect their businesses, properties and people. Installer partners have continued to recommend and work alongside the business, while suppliers and industry partners have supported PSM as it has continued to grow.
Many of those relationships have existed for years, and they remain one of the strongest foundations of the business today.
To everyone who has placed their trust in PSM over the last ten years, thank you for being part of the journey.
Over the last ten years, many people have been part of the PSM story.
Some joined during the company’s earliest days and remain with the business today. Others have progressed into new roles, developed their careers or moved on to new opportunities. Every individual has made a valuable contribution to the business and helped shape the company PSM has become.
While customers often see the finished result, they rarely see the teamwork, dedication and professionalism that goes into delivering a monitoring service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Reaching a tenth anniversary is an important milestone, but it also marks the beginning of the next chapter.
While the technology, facilities and customer base will continue to evolve, the values that have guided PSM from the beginning will remain the same.
